Refund Policy

When refunds apply, how to request one, and what falls outside the refund scope.

1. Full Refunds

We offer a 100% refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment AND before production has begun. "Production" starts when we begin the public-record retrieval process for your specific subject or district.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Orders are non-refundable once production has begun. At that stage, the research labor and database access costs have already been incurred. We do not offer refunds based on:

  • Thin public records: A "clean" report confirming no flags or history is a complete deliverable and is priced at the standard rate.
  • Candidate withdrawal: If a subject leaves a race after we have begun research, the order remains due.
  • Disagreement with findings: We report what the public record shows; we do not offer refunds if the record contains findings the client dislikes.

3. Errata & Corrections

If a deliverable contains a factual error or a misattributed source (a "defect"), we will correct the report at no additional cost. This is the primary remedy for product defects. Errata do not trigger a full refund unless the report is demonstrably unusable for its intended purpose.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 24-hour window, email info@regionpulse.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
