Terms of Service

What the service is, what you get, and the limits on its use. Last updated: May 7, 2026.

1. The Service

RegionPulse LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides public records research, voter targeting analysis, and campaign intelligence deliverables ("the Service"). By commissioning a report or package through our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Not Legal Advice

Reports are research products compiled from Michigan and federal public records. They do not constitute legal advice, accounting advice, or environmental engineering opinions. Conflict-of-interest flags cite relevant statutes, but the determination of whether a legal conflict exists is the responsibility of the client and their legal counsel.

3. Data Accuracy & Sourcing

We warrant that every factual claim in a deliverable is traced to a primary public record retrieved from a named government database. However, we do not warrant the accuracy of the underlying government records themselves. Public records may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for how they use, publish, or share the information provided. We are not liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the client's disclosure of report findings to third parties, the media, or the public. Clients are responsible for their own fact-checking and verification before using findings in public communications.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverable (PDF, data files, charts) for their internal or campaign purposes. The underlying research methodology, software code, and data pipelines remain the exclusive property of RegionPulse LLC.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict client confidentiality. We will not disclose your identity as a client or the specific details of your order to any third party, except as required by law. We do not sell or resell client reports.

7. Turnaround & Rush

Turnaround times start when we receive a complete intake form and confirmed payment. Standard turnaround is 5 business days (7 for packages). Rush delivery is 2 business days (3 for packages) for a 50% surcharge. We are not responsible for delays caused by government system outages or missing data from public sources.

8. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required in full before production begins. Once retrieval and analysis have started (typically within 24 hours of order), orders are non-refundable. If you cancel before production begins, we will issue a full refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RegionPulse LLC be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to the client for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific deliverable in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ingham County, Michigan.
